Southwest originally named their first three 737-300s “The Spirit of Kitty Hawk. They were received by the airline on December 17, 1983 - the 80th anniversary of the Wright Brothers’ first flight. Since those 737s are now retired, a 700-series plane (N448WN) now has the name.The first 737-300 now sits in a museum in Dallas, TX. http://ift.tt/1lyVOF8
